Are there any additional activities or services offered?We offer a selection of add-ons designed to elevate your stay, from grill kits for the perfect outdoor cookout to luxury bath kits for soaking under the stars. We’re always adding new experiences—some seasonal, some just for fun—so be sure to check what's available during your booking or reach out to us for the latest offerings!

Check-in and check outCheck-in is at 3 PM, Check-out is at 11 AM. We kindly ask guests to adhere to these times to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

"Glamping Bag" essentialsDon’t forget our bathroom and all bathing features are located either outside or in our open-air bathroom so an easy, slip-on shoe is a must. We also recommend checking the weather before your stay and bringing appropriate clothing for enjoying the outdoors. Our domes are secluded on the property from other guests/structures, but if you’re shy, we recommend packing swimsuits (just in case being naked out in the elements feels intimidating). It can be daunting at first, but once you do it, you just might get hooked :) We provide both cool weather and warm weather robes, but if you need something warmer, please pack it. We also provide a natural, deet-free bug spray. If you prefer something stronger, we recommend you pack that as well.

Can I bring my pet ?Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the property. Guests requiring a service animal must contact us before arrival to discuss accommodations. Please note, emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals under our policy. We have a great relationship with Animal Boarding Facilities close by, if you’d like to board your pet nearby during your stay.

What is the internet access like ?Yes, each dome has its own hotspot Wi-Fi, ensuring you stay connected during your stay.

What is your cancellation policy?For all reservations that are canceled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, we will provide a fully refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in, will aso provide a full refund. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit all payments made. For cancellations made less than 30-days prior to arrival date, we will try our best to rebook your dates with another guest. If we are successful in rebooking, your canceled booking may be used as a credit towards a future reservation of equal or greater value.

Can I modify my reservation after booking?Modifications are subject to availability and our cancellation policy. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your reservation.

Are the Domes climate-controlled?Yes, our domes are designed to keep you comfortable year-round, with heating and cooling systems in place.

What do you provide during my stay?Check out our full list of Amenities. Cooking essentials and most cooking utensils. We have a double gas burner, small oven, and toaster so you can cook practically anything during your getaway. We provide filtered, alkaline water and our faucet water is triple-filtered from our well and safe to drink. For coffee, we have a Chemex with Organic ground coffee as well as a tea assortment. Lastly, we have natural shower toiletries if you’d like to leave your shampoo, conditioner, and body wash at home.

What if I loose my key?We use standard metal keys to access our rooms that cannot be replaced. It is very important that our guests keep track of their dome keys. We have a strict lost key policy and lost keys require a locksmith to rekey the lock or we must replace the hardware. Lost keys will result in a $250 fee charged to the credit card on file.

Are campfires permitted?In efforts to prevent wild fires, keep our ecosystem intact and for safety of other guests, we do not allow camp fires on property.

What kind of wildlife may I encounter?We are in the heart of The Hill Country where it is still wild and relatively untouched area. Thus, there is an abundance of wildlife just as there would be in a national or state park. The main animals you may see during your time with us include turkey, deer, dove, quail, a variety of song birds, buzzards, hawks, wild hogs, armadillos, rabbits, coyotes. Also, while it is unlikely you will see them, there are snakes in the area. As unpopular as they may be, they do help control the pest and rodent population. Simply staying on the paths and roads will keep you out of their way and allow them to play their role in our ecosystem. The Disco Domes is also home to a very cute flock of laying hens, a friendly siamese cat, who may wonder to your dome for a visit and our livestock guard dog Oso, who you may hear once in a while barking at the wildlife to keep them at bay.

Is there parking available?Yes, each dome has designated parking for guests only.

What is your policy on smoking?Smoking is prohibited inside the domes and on the decks. We ask guests to refrain from smoking in or around the Dome to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all.
